ARE SHIPPING COSTS FREE?
Shipping costs are free for all orders over €150 within mainland France. For all other orders, shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you validate your basket, according to the amount, weight and country of delivery.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY ESSENTIAL OILS / HYDROSOLS AFTER I HAVE OPENED THE BOTTLES?
Our tinted glass bottles guarantee a long shelf-life for essential oils. They keep perfectly well for several years. If you no longer use them internally, they are still suitable for aromatic diffusions.

More fragile than essential oils, hydrosols can only be stored for a few months. Deposits may appear, but a simple paper filter is all that's needed to clean the hydrosol. To be consumable, its odor must remain unchanged: fermentation due to poor storage renders it unusable. It can be kept for between three and eighteen months after distillation.

Always store your products in a dry, dark place, in a cool place if you wish.

HOW MANY DROPS DO THE ESSENTIAL OIL FRICTION BOTTLES CONTAIN?
A 30ml bottle of BBS Synergy is sufficient for three weeks' use at a rate of 20 drops morning and evening (for most treatments). They therefore contain around 840 drops per bottle. 250 drops in 10ml.

CAN I DRINK SEVERAL HYDROSOLS A DAY?
For a three-week course of hydrosols, it's advisable to choose two hydrosols and drink them every other week for greater effectiveness.

However, it is not inadvisable to drink different hydrosols during the day (for example, biÔpurify tonic during the day and biÔrelax before bedtime).

CAN I USE SEVERAL ESSENTIAL OILS IN SUCCESSION? HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT BETWEEN EACH APPLICATION?
In many treatments or cures, several essential oil synergies should be used in a complementary manner. There's no risk in applying them one after the other.

In case of irritation, space out applications and dilute synergies in an organic vegetable oil of your choice.

IS YOUR CASTOR OIL EDIBLE? CAN I USE IT FOR PURGES?
yes, our HDR oil is a 100% organic, virgin, cold-pressed castor oil specially selected for internal use to carry out the castor oil dry purge. This quality oil can also be used for all your external treatments (beauty, poultices, etc.).

caution: purges are drastic cleansings that are best avoided without preparation. Before carrying out a castor oil purge, be sure to read the precautions for use and the instructions for use from nelly grosjean (chapter 3 Cure Zen Detox Aromatic' tome 1) or from your regular therapist. Do not use castor oil purge without first reading these instructions.
