Sacred Bali retreat

you arrive at bali, denpasar airport, you take your visa on site, it takes about half an hour, some papers, 40 or 50 euros and it's done!
Pick up your luggage then exit and just after customs, buy an Indonesian phone card for 15 days – about 20 to 30 euros – change money into rupees and become a millionaire!
then on the way, you arrive at the destination of the arrivals, about a hundred signs, one with « your first name by nelly grosjean » It is your driver who takes you smiling instead of your appointment. You don't have anything to handle anymore, let yourself be cocooned.
I advise you to come one or two days before at least in order to recover the time difference and enjoy a bali tourist shopping day!
these one or two days allow you to be available and given back from the trip to make the most of your detox cure / spiritual retreat.
I strongly recommend to avoid scheduling your return on the last day of the cure – you will not want it – play the extensions if possible... Give yourself a few more days to visit northern bali and/or the surrounding islands...

during the cure, you enter a different rhythm, you get up early, five hours and a quarter, meditation with nelly then yoga of the centenaries, 4 hours of silence, a beautiful exercise that changes life! We enjoy secret moments of happiness with birds, sun, geckos, the jungle that awakens... We feel the open life, the body and the heart as well, and quickly we understand that this privileged moment changes the life of this day (when we meditate/breather the day is much more fluid and connected with ourselves and our friends guided from heaven.

then lunch plenty of exotic fruits with lots of discoveries... Anones, Cherimoyas, mangoes, papayas, pineapple, jack fruit, avocados, litchis, stemr eyes, coconut, snake fruit, aloe vera, delicious bananas, lemon, pomelo, cashew, peanuts... (all believed obviously)
We enjoy it, we eat it all the time and the body cleans up lightly... Organic vegetable juices are our main food with sprouted fruits and seeds...

– There are four masseurs at our disposal... with a remarkable and different technique... massages from another world, every day, an hour, two hours sometimes. you allow yourself to derail, relax, soothe, regenerate in muscles, joints, fascia... Heart and head!
we will meet healers/shamans: ibu dayu who officiates with the water of flowers of frangipani, ma'am « 100 thousand volts »Ibu maria...
the body regains its intelligence, its intuition as soon as we give it a place! Magic again!

And then there's the purges. often on the third and fourth days. It's the « purging party » dear to nelly for years; It's a joyous, fun night, we laugh a lot with banana castor oil! a delight, a real dessert, you will see, it's amazing how easy everything becomes when the body is ready, since well prepared! We clean the physical and mental... drasticly and smoothly
For emotional cleansing there are Balinese purification ceremonies and energy scientists... It's on the program!

the course of our cure/retirement:
After 3 or 4 days in our welcoming place (magnificent keramas, the temple of the 7th century and the 11 sacred or southern springs of lovina and a spectacular view of the sea), we travel comfortably with a bag only (pareo, swimsuit and light clothes of natural fibers), we will sleep one evening on a sacred mountain and one or two nights on a small paradise island with outdated charm... where we will go in 3 hours of pirogue to balance, probably surrounded by dolphins because I attract them – we will sing and speak their language – a new joy radiates us when these great masters arrive and play, having fun in front of the boat... Demonstrating their joyful sparklingness that becomes ours!
on the island of Gili Meno, rising and sunset sumptuous, an island without car, without noise. walking around in 1h30, small horses, carriages, a good child's simplicity that does good to the soul, and ibu married the healer (gai-riser) with communicative laughter
and super regeneration, revitalization, re-energy with cascades and sacred trees...
The days are full! intense, rich in novelties that do good, habits that we change... rest-siest moments after each massage. We go to bed early, the sun sneezes around six, at eight, everyone sleeps. The body takes on a natural rhythm.
