Sacred Bali retreat

DAY 1 Welcome to Sacred River – temple and hotel – the detox/spiritual retreat with nelly and his team

  11 a.m.: welcome / nelly presents the program

 12-16h: first massage (4 massagers – one hour each, 16 massages available)

 4 p.m.: Preparation and explanation of the Balinese Energy Cleaning Ceremony with the water of the temple by Eka

5 p.m.: purification ceremony at the 7th century temple in the property

 7 p.m.: welcome dinner (fesfif/raw food meal)

 8:00 p.m.: talk detox cure: your questions and answers

DAYS 2 - 9

 5 or 5.30 am: guided meditation followed by morning yoga

 5-9 hours silence/word fast
this precious moment of silence is an invitation to recharge the batteries, a reconnection with our Solar Being, our Divine Self, A restructuring break in this earthly life, every morning. This is the most delicate exercise to put into practice (habits, let go of me, let go of you, thank you)

 5:30 a.m.: Sunrise – guided meditation, Welcome line, breathing conscious – to shala or sea

6.30 a.m. Centennial yoga with nelly or yoga integrating with prem or surprise yoga

 8am – 9am: Meditative walk in nature: forest, river or sea

 9:00: Good Day!
– voice returns
– aromatic rituals
– tropical breakfast/fruit festival in all their forms

 10-11 a.m. presentation « natural aromatherapy » with questions and answers / a special hour with nelly

 11 —5 p.m. massage/session/care/music/rest/swirl/pool/sea...

daily, 1 to 1:30 a.m. massages therapy / Balinese massage / re-fitting / / release of joints vertebral and muscle, for you ... a delicious part of the cocooning! ***it's up to you, according to desires and program of walks of you register on the calendar, every day! Thank you!

 every day, « the music that heals » with the gai–Rison frequencies of programs created by Christophe Clergue and Shinvav – 1h30 d'audience de sons harmoniques est welcome – to yoga shalah – reconnection with self / balance chakras / organs/ DNA, glandular system, pituitary and pineal gland opening / rejuvenation program /

 rest/meditation/siest/Walk: the moment of rest can be the moment of quantum music

 3 energetic group sessions are planned with Marie-Françoise during the cure (of individual meetings may be scheduled — 140 € the meeting, 300€ three)

2 meditation sessions singing bowls – singing bowls – (individual sessions with Prem 35 €)

4 Balinese ceremonies:

Water purification of the 11 sacred springs, the day of welcome to the temple of the place

purification by fire, in the sunset in the singing of ceremonies on the property

past emotion purification ceremony/ chakra alignment/ discovery of life mission/ one morning on the beach

these 3 ceremonies with 2 groups of different and complementary Balinese mankus/priests /

4th ceremony with Jesro K, a remarkable cheerful/harmonizing chakras/hand reading/

 5 cooking courses/workshops rawfood during the cure, way only/ no waste/ unit/ quick/ presentation/Everything is beautiful biodynamics. Demeter/good! Delicious! ... participatory course/workshop – with Love, Japanese!

 3 to 5 days of juice/purges are on the program

 a personalized fitness plan with nelly (after the 3rd day)

festival tropical fruits and vegetable juices throughout the day:  feel free to enjoy, taste, test a vegetable juice, a puree of fruit, a plate of plenty of fruit with a croque, coconuts ... — at least 1 litre of juice a day, 3 coconuts and fruit purées ... : they are ready, just use... to prepare or have the juice of his choice prepared... Think about enjoying half a liter of fruit mashed every day! generally breakfast — and at least 1 to 2 or even 3 fresh coconuts each day, water or coconut milk (milk coconut is also delicious for the skin, enjoy to anoint you copiously Fresh coconut cream!

17:00 – Yoga/streeting or exercise with the day's coach

the precious moment – 15 min of release of the unsaid of the day – a moment exchange liberator before dinner – write on a white sheet, consciously, what you were unable to express on this day or what has saddened you or scratched – you share it (or not) then burn it and throw the ashes in water/transmutation by land/thank you!

7:00 p.m. – it's nice to share dinner or purge party depending on the day and your Want! Together!

8:30 p.m. – enjoyed rest – it's early night in Bali... and we get up 30 minutes before sunrise

every moment of the day is created in consciousness / breath / smile / joy!

— 1 afternoon walk to the waterfalls/ temple/flower ceremony

— 1 day walk to the Batukaru waterfalls or other ...

2 tours planned for the programme

every day a driver at your disposal to take you to the sea / 5 min drive /

Tourist tours: for walks, visit temples, tourist shopping, it is up to you to organize, usually within a few days before the cure... you will have neither time nor envy during the intense cure! However we offer drivers and cars (50 to 100 € Depending on distance and time) to facilitate you...

private room: you want a private room (not two) it is possible with an extra 600 € reserve for registration (there are 6)

 we are together during this precious time of cure/retirement to put into action, here and now, what we have decided to change, on all levels / in consciousness / in joy / in success!

we will pay particular attention to silence, belly, positive words, past habits to let go, physical/emotional cleansing/physical and mental purges, exercises, conscious breathing...

 When it is decided, it is already created!
