The https://universnellygrosjean.com site (hereinafter referred to as the "site or UNG") is an information and e-commerce site accessible via the Internet and open to all users of this network (hereinafter referred to as the "Internet user").

It is published by Moulin de Vies, Sàrl based in Plateau de Diesse, Canton Bern, which was founded in 2015. Its UID identification number is CHE-162.694.682. It operates in the "body care" sector. Today, the persons occupying decision-making roles are Nelly Yvette Grosjean (Partner and Managing Director). Chemin des Moulins 1, 2015. Lamboing.

The Site offers essential oils and aromatherapy (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") for sale to Internet users browsing the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Users").

The User who has validated an order will be referred to as the "Customer". The rights and obligations of the User necessarily apply to the Customer.
Any order for a Product offered on the Site implies consultation and express acceptance of these general conditions of sale and withdrawal, manifested by checking the box "I declare that I have read and accept the general conditions of sale and am informed of my right.

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE

The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define, exclusively, the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from the online sale of Products offered on the Site. They regulate all the stages necessary for the placing of the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the Parties. These terms and conditions apply to the exclusion of any other
document.

 

ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCTS

2.1 Products
The Products offered for sale are those shown on the Site on the day the User consults the Site, subject to availability. In the event of unavailability of one of the Products, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The photographs, videos and texts illustrating the Products are not contractually binding.

2.2 Use of products
Essential oils are very powerful concentrates and can be dangerous if not used correctly. The Customer must be aware of the precautions for use before using the Products. UNIVERS NELLYGROSJEAN shall not be held liable for any damage caused by misuse of any of its Products or by failure to observe the precautions for use and health and safety conditions when using any of its Products. For the use of essential oils for therapeutic purposes, we remind you to consult an expert in aromatherapy.

2.3 Resale of products
The resale of products is not authorized without the written agreement of the company. Repackaging of products for resale under another brand name is not authorized without the company's written consent.

ARTICLE 3 - PRICES

Prices are indicated in Euros and are valid for European Union territories. They take into account any discounts and Swiss VAT applicable on the day of the order.

Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside the European Union will be invoiced without VAT and may be subject to any taxes, customs duties and other related charges that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These additional costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
The prices indicated on the Site are guaranteed on the day the order is placed, subject to stock availability, and barring obvious typographical errors or omissions. The prices indicated do not include shipping costs, which will be invoiced in addition or offered depending on the amount of the order and the country of delivery, and will be specified to the User at the time of final validation of the order. These shipping costs do not include customs duties and other additional costs that may be required when entering certain countries. These costs remain the exclusive responsibility of the customer. BIOSSENTIEL reserves the right, which the User accepts, to modify its prices at any time.

ARTICLE 4 - ORDERING PROCESS

4.1 Browsing within the Site
The User can learn about the different Products offered for sale by BIOSSENTIEL on the Site, and the User can browse the different pages of the Site without being committed to an order.

4.2 Placing an order If the User wishes to place an order, he/she will place the Products in the shopping basket. To order the Products thus selected, after clicking on "ORDER&", all Users must identify themselves by entering their e-mail address and the password previously chosen when creating their account, or, if this is their first order, by clicking on "Create my account". In the latter case, the User must accurately complete the form provided, in which he/she will include the information required for identification, in particular his/her surname, first name and postal address. In addition, the User must provide his/her e-mail address and a password of his/her choice, which will be personal and confidential and which he/she will need to identify him/herself later on the Site. The User is hereby informed and accepts that entering these two identifiers is proof of his/her identity and expresses his/her consent. Once the User is identified, he/she must validate the delivery address, and an order form will then appear on the screen, summarizing the quantity and price of the Products selected, as well as the total amount of the order, shipping costs, the User's contact details and the delivery address of the Products.

4.3 Final confirmation of order and payment
Once the User has checked the status of his/her order, and once all the information requested has been completed, a summary of this information and of the order will appear, and the User must choose the method of payment with which he/she wishes to make payment in order to confirm his/her order definitively. Orders are payable in euros by French or international credit card, French or European bank transfer, or by French cheque.
It is specified that by making an immediate payment by credit card, the User will automatically be transferred to the electronic payment server of the secure payment platform. This platform is secured by S.S.L. (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all data linked to payment methods.
As soon as the User confirms payment, the order is recorded. The User becomes a Customer. The order form will be considered as proof of the contractual relations between the Parties. The Customer has a right of retraction and reimbursement, during a period of fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the Products by the Customer.

4.4 Order confirmation
A summary of the order will be displayed once the order has been validated. This confirmation will include all the elements constituting the contract between the Parties. This order summary will also be e-mailed to the Customer within a few minutes of purchase.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY

Delivery times and shipping methods
Your orders are processed as quickly as possible by our Customer Service and Shipping Department, open from Monday to Friday inclusive. Orders are prepared as soon as payment is received, and payment by credit card guarantees rapid processing of your order.

Delivery times in mainland France
Shipments are made within 72 hours of receipt of payment for your order, unless otherwise indicated on the "basket" page.

Delivery to the rest of the world
Your order will be delivered by our selected carrier according to the destination country.

Packages lost in transit
Colissimo is a highly reliable service. However, as with any shipment, there may be a delay in delivery or the parcel may go astray. In the event of a delay in delivery of more than 7 days, the customer must inform BIOSSENTIEL customer service, who will pass on the information to the French Post Office to initiate an investigation. This investigation may last up to 21 days from its opening. If the parcel is found during this period, it will immediately be returned to the customer's home address (in most cases). If, on the other hand, the parcel is not found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, Colissimo will consider the parcel as lost. In this case, BIOSSENTIEL will send the Customer a replacement parcel, at his expense. If the lost product(s) were no longer available at that time, BIOSSENTIEL would reimburse the Client for the amount of these products.

Anomalies
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, open parcel, damaged parcel, broken products...) must be indicated on the delivery slip in the form of "handwritten reserves", accompanied by the Customer's signature. The Customer must immediately report the anomaly to BIOSSENTIEL Customer Service by so that a claim can be made to Colissimo. BIOSSENTIEL will send the replacement product(s) to the Customer, at the Customer's expense.

ARTICLE 6 - RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Conditions of withdrawal
The customer has a right of return of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the totality of the order to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify his decision to withdraw from his order in writing, specifying his full name, e-mail address, address, order number and date. The customer must send this information by e-mail to info @ biossentiel.com

Reimbursement
In the event of the Customer's withdrawal, UNG will reimburse any payments received from the Customer without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which UNG is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw. Reimbursement will be made by the same means of payment that the Customer used for his/her order, or by bank transfer. UNG may defer this refund until receipt and verification of the Product(s).

Return of products
The Customer must return the Products no later than fourteen (14) days after having communicated his decision to cancel. Products returned must be unopened, complete and undamaged. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the complete order or Products. Parcels must be returned to the following address: 3213 ancien chemin d'Arles, 13690 Graveson-en-Provence, France.

ARTICLE 7 - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND CIVIL LIBERTIES

The personal information collected in the context of distance selling is compulsory, as this information is necessary for the processing and delivery of orders and for the preparation of invoices. In accordance with article 34 of the French law of January 6th 1978, the Customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him/her. ARTICLE 8 - DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute, the Customer shall first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable agreement between the Parties, the dispute will be submitted to the French courts, unless otherwise provided by law.
