Rosemary is found throughout the Mediterranean region. A shrub with long leaves and purple flowers, its scent is reminiscent of incense, often associated with friendship. Rosemary essential oil is one of the most widely used oils in aromatherapy, thanks to its many properties. It is tonic, aphrodisiac, healing and aids digestion. It is also recommended for fatigue, overwork, liver congestion and for athletes, to maintain tone and vitality. lavandin abrial is the result of hybridization between lavender aspic and true lavender. It's a very hardy species, with a stronger scent than other lavender varieties. Today, lavandin is grown mainly in the Drôme and southern France. The lavandin abrial variety is renowned for its relaxing properties, and is therefore highly prized in aromatherapy. Lavandin abrial essential oil is obtained by distillation of the whole plant and is used for all external treatments. It's a relaxing, calming oil that acts on insomnia and sleep disorders, and also disinfects, heals and soothes. It is the only essential oil that can be used undiluted.

It is used for anxiety, anguish, stress, depression, insomnia and to relieve migraines. It can be used alone or in synergy in rubs, baths, aromatic diffusers, aromatic drinks and massage oils. Be careful not to confuse marjoram and oregano: marjoram essential oil is relaxing and calming, while oregano essential oil is tonic.
